Users are solely responsible for evaluating the risks associated with each transaction, including the possibility of fraud, delivery failure, or dispute. EscrowPro is not liable for any losses arising from the actions or inactions of users.

Saleability

We do not guarantee the saleability, quality, legality, or fitness for a particular purpose of any goods or services listed or exchanged through the platform. All transactions are conducted at the discretion of the parties involved. EscrowPro merely acts as a neutral third party for holding funds and does not vet, endorse, or validate the underlying goods or services.

Customer input errors

It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all information entered on the platform, including wallet addresses, usernames, payment instructions, and transaction terms. EscrowPro is not responsible for losses due to user-input errors. Once a transaction is submitted, it may not be reversed or edited.

Binding Agreement

Each time you initiate or accept a transaction on EscrowPro, you form a binding agreement with the counterparty and agree to abide by the terms of the transaction. EscrowPro reserves the right to enforce these agreements where applicable, especially in cases of dispute resolution.

Expired orders

Orders that remain incomplete or unconfirmed beyond the system-defined validity period will be automatically marked as expired. Funds may be returned to the originating party based on the state of the transaction at expiry. Users are encouraged to monitor order timelines and respond promptly to avoid cancellation or delays.

Choice of Law

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect user data and funds. However, no system is completely secure. Users must safeguard their login credentials and access devices. You agree not to share your password or allow unauthorized access to your account. EscrowPro is not responsible for losses resulting from compromised credentials or unauthorized account access unless caused by our negligence.
